Vision to the Community
Ascent Productions Inc. was established in October 1994. While targeting the youth, the vision of the company is inspired by God to lift the spirits of all His people. The business is created to bring unity, educate, and showcase talents. More importantly, Ascent Productions Inc. is formed to bare truth in spreading the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The first part of our vision is to integrate our society by making the community more culturally aware and spiritually united. Ascent Productions Inc. shares in the burden to bring all ethnic, creed and color together in the service of our Lord. Upon realizing this effort, we will bring more "peace and harmony" to our community.
The second facet of our vision is to educate members of the community mainly in the areas of song, dance, acting and other various arts. Ascent Productions Inc. goals are to formulate a scholarship fund supporting the Arts. Each year we intend to have (10) ten scholarship recipients in (10) ten different categories relating to the Arts. Each recipient willl receive the amount of $500.00 to further their education. We must remember that each culture has its own way of expressing themselves in the Arts, and Ascent Production's goal is to bring this vision under one roof.
Thirdly, Ascent Productions Inc. will showcase talents in our own concert hall. The necessary facility will capacitate our mass choir for rehearsals of youth and young adults. Hundreds of blended voices will perform on events offered to the public. These events will consist of local and out-of-state talents, providing opportunities for our youth to be viewed by major performing artists, stars and talent scouts.
Lastly, our most committed priority and focus is to execute what is commissioned by God: "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
